I love spring! In Florida it’s very short lived, but when it’s here I make the most out of it. I’m all about the fresh salads with pears thrown on top, or lemon splashes on anything and everything. There is never a shortage of strawberries in my fridge, and you will definitely catch me making a strawberry shortcake on any given weekend. It’s definitely one of my favorite times for food. I’ve rounded up some of my favorite recipes for you to try this spring, which one will be first?
